The Kauai Kimonos ripstop line is radically different that anything you've seen before because we have designed everything from the ground up to set our BJJ Gi above the rest. The gi's are individually handmade by a small team of skillful in-house Balinese craftsmen.

We enjoy experimenting with different designs, fabrics, and generally pushing the boundaries of BJJ gi fashion and functionality. Everything we make is constantly being tested on the mat to ensure its quality and durability!
The Kauai Ripstop Line also features premium satin labeling incorporating various island designs with the Hawaiian flag as well as traditional Polynesian triangles. We offer many different color fabrics and stitching combinations to choose from.
The traditional Kauai Feather Weave is a clean and fresh sight at any gym. We're using a soft golden weave blend that is 100% cotton, very clean, and extra tough. The Kauai original cut fits loose to your body and maximizes your mobility and flow while rolling.
